After a scare, we've constructed our first RAID setup--2 100-GB partitions RAID-1'd from a 100- and 120-GB drive connected to a new two-channel IDE controller-card. Yaaaay!

I still haven't figured out why two of my PCI slots appear borked, so linger no longer contains its SoundBlaster card--blah....

Oh--I finally got my Swopper, too. Maybe I should learn German....
